1. Agreement

By accessing or using our logistics and import-tracking platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Organizations and Roles

The Service supports multi-organization workspaces with roles such as owner, admin, and member. Owners and admins are responsible for managing members, permissions, and the data within their organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service without permission.
  • Access data belonging to other organizations without authorization.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate and improve the Service for you and your organization.

6. Fees

If your plan includes fees, you agree to pay them as described at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating organization is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
